Cesaro and Sheamus vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose

We go to the ring and out come #1 contenders Sheamus and Cesaro. Back to commercial.

Back from the break and Sheamus is ranting on nostalgia. He says they don’t live in the past, they live in the present and they destroy nostalgia acts. Just act The Hardys. Cesaro rants on the RAW Tag Team Champions and says something will go very wrong for them at No Mercy. They go on about how Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose are only out for themselves, and how their friendship is fake. The music interrupts and out comes Rollins with Ambrose. They talk about how they’re brothers no matter what, also taking shots at Sheamus and Cesaro. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are out next, talking about how Cesaro and Sheamus walked out on them last week. This leads to a brawl breaking out. The champs clear the ring and stand tall as we go to commercial.

Back from the break and we get a vignette for Asuka’s debut, coming soon. Kurt Angle has made this a non-title Triple Threat tag team match. Rollins goes at it with Sheamus now. Rollins dropkicks Sheamus and tags in Ambrose for some double teaming. Gallows tags himself in and Ambrose isn’t happy. Gallows kicks Sheamus and goes to work on him. Sheamus turns it around and in comes Cesaro with a big uppercut in the corner. Cesaro unloads and quickly tags Sheamus back in for some double teaming in the corner.

Gallows fights back and gets the upperhand on Sheamus. Rollins tags in and springboards in off the top with a clothesline on Sheamus for a 2 count. Ambrose tags in and the champs double team Sheamus with a suplex. More double teaming for a 2 count by Ambrose. Ambrose goes on and hits a missile dropkick on Sheamus for a 2 count. Sheamus fights back but Ambrose knees him in the gut. Rollins tags back in for more double teaming and a 2 count. Rollins keeps Sheamus grounded now.

Ambrose goes to the top and hits an elbow on Sheamus to stun him. Sheamus comes right back and drops Ambrose. Sheamus talks some trash to boos. Ambrose counters a move and fights off Cesaro on the apron. Cesaro ends up catching Ambrose on the floor and launching him into the barrier. Rollins comes over to check things out as the referee counts Ambrose. Cesaro rolls Ambrose back into the ring as Sheamus waits. Cesaro tags back in for a double team and a 2 count. Cesaro keeps Ambrose grounded now. Anderson comes in next to keep Ambrose down on the mat. Ambrose fights out of the corner but Anderson nails a spinebuster for a pin attempt. Gallows tags in and hits a big vertical suplex on Ambrose. Gallows drops several elbows but misses the last one as Ambrose rolls out of the way.

Anderson comes in and stops the tag but Ambrose kicks him off. Cesaro and Rollins tag in at the same time. Rollins hits a Slingblade and knocks Sheamus off the apron. Rollins with a Blockbuster on Cesaro for a 2 count. Rollins goes to the top but Cesaro uppercuts him. Cesaro climbs up for a super gutwrench suplex but Rollins fights him. Rollins goes for the sunset flip and hits the Buckle Bomb across the ring. Rollins with a 2 count as Sheamus breaks the pin. Sheamus stomps on Rollins. Sheamus tags in and they double team Rollins but Ambrose makes the save and pulls Cesaro to safety. Ambrose and Cesaro tumble to the floor. Rollins decks Sheamus. Gallows and Anderson come in but Rollins fights them off. They turn it around and hit Magic Killer on Rollins but Ambrose breaks the pin just in time.

Sheamus and Cesaro launch Ambrose into the barrier at ringside. We go to commercial.

Back from the break and Cesaro and Sheamus continue to dominate Rollins. Cesaro keeps Rollins grounded as Ambrose rallies the crowd for him. Ambrose tags in but Cesaro immediately knocks him off the apron. The referee didn’t see the tag. Cesaro and Sheamus hit a 3D on Rollins and cover but Anderson breaks the pin. Sheamus and Cesaro take turns on Rollins now. Cesaro with cheap shots to Anderson and Gallows. Rollins looks to fight off the #1 contenders. He nails a big DDT on Cesaro as Ambrose waits for the tag.

Ambrose and Anderson tag in at the same time. Ambrose unloads and ends up taking Anderson to the top. Ambrose nails a superplex. Ambrose climbs back to the top and has to fight Gallows off. Ambrose nails the big elbow on Anderson for a 2 count as Sheamus breaks it up. Gallows dumps Sheamus to the floor. Cesaro sends Gallows to the floor. Rollins launches Cesaro to the floor. Ambrose and Rollins clothesline Anderson to the floor. Rollins and Ambrose stand tall as the crowd pops. They run the ropes and nail suicide dives on opposite sides of the ring. Fans chant “this is awesome” as Ambrose and Rollins bring it back into the ring. Gallows crotches Rollins on the top as Anderson goes at it with Ambrose. Sheamus tags himself in as Ambrose hits the rope. The finish sees Ambrose hit Dirty Deeds on Anderson. Sheamus is the legal man, coming over to toss Ambrose to the floor and steal the pin on Anderson.

Winners: Sheamus and Cesaro

– After the match, Sheamus and Cesaro retreat to the stage and stand tall. We go to replays.

Cesaro and Sheamus vs. Rhyno and Heath Slater

Back from the break and out comes RAW Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose for commentary. Sheamus and Cesaro are out next. They taunt the champs on the way to the ring. It’s confirmed that they will get their rematch at No Mercy. Rhyno and Heath Slater are waiting in the ring.

The bell rings and Slater tries to a quick pin attempt on Cesaro but it backfires and Slater gets beat down. Sheamus comes in and unloads on Slater in the corner. Cesaro tags back in for a 2 count.

Rhyno comes in and ends up unloading on Sheamus. Rhyno with a close 2 count as Cesaro breaks the pin. This leads to Sheamus hitting a Brogue Kick on Rhyno for the easy win.

Winners: Sheamus and Cesaro

– After the match, Cesaro and Sheamus stand tall and look up at the champions.

Seth Rollins vs. Cesaro

We go to the ring and out comes RAW Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. We go to commercial.

Back from the break and the champs are standing in the ring. The announcers lead us to a video package on John Cena and Roman Reigns. We go back to the ring and out comes Cesaro with Sheamus. The bell rings and Rollins controls early on. Cesaro goes to the floor for a breather as the referee counts. Cesaro drops Rollins over the top as he comes back in.

Rollins takes back control and hits a running knee. Rollins with a standing moonsault for a 2 count. Rollins with stomps in the corner now. Rollins goes down after missing in the corner. Cesaro tosses Rollins to the floor and distracts the referee. Sheamus comes walking over to Rollins but Ambrose meets him. They end up back in the ring and Cesaro catches Rollins in a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker as we go back to commercial.

Back from the break and Rollins is looking for a comeback but Cesaro drops him and nails a leg drop for a 2 count. Cesaro with a pair of big suplexes for another pin attempt. Cesaro keeps control as Ambrose offers words of encouragement from ringside. Rollins elbows Cesaro and fights back. Cesaro with a big slam. Cesaro goes to the top and hits a crossbody but Rollins rolls through for a 2 count.

Rollins nails an enziguri. Rollins goes on and hits a Slingblade. Rollins counters and hits a Blockbuster. Rollins goes to the top but Cesaro uppercuts him. Cesaro climbs up for a superplex but Rollins fights him. Rollins nails a Buckle Bomb. Sheamus tries to itnerfere but Ambrose brawls with him at ringside. Cesaro hits a distracted Rollins with an uppercut and covers for the win.

– After the match, Cesaro and Sheamus stand tall at ringside as we go to replays. Sheamus and Cesaro celebrate as Ambrose checks on Rollins in the ring. Sheamus takes off his jacket and takes the mic. Sheamus says the night isn’t over yet because he has a match with Ambrose next. Sheamus enters the ring and Ambrose gets ready.

Sheamus vs. Dean Ambrose

The bell rings and they go right at it. Sheamus runs into a big boot in the corner. Ambrose unloads with chops in the corner. Sheamus drops Ambrose and turns it around. Ambrose clotheslines Sheamus over the top. Sheamus catches Ambrose and sends him into the barrier. We go to commercial.

Back from the break and Ambrose goes to the top but Sheamus crotches him. Sheamus climbs up for a superplex but Ambrose resists. Ambrose headbutts Sheamus to the mat. Ambrose comes off the top but Sheamus catches him in an Irish Curse backbreaker for a 2 count. Sheamus with a Stretch Muffler submission now. Ambrose counters but Sheamus powerbombs him for a 2 count.

Sheamus goes for the Cloverleaf submission now and gets it locked. Ambrose eventually makes it to the bottom rope and breaks the hold. Sheamus with the forearms to the chest on the apron now. Sheamus goes for White Noise but Ambrose counters and turns it into a DDT. Ambrose unloads in the middle of the ring now. Sheamus with a boot to the face. Ambrose with a swinging neckbreaker for a 2 count.

More back and forth between the two now. Sheamus goes for more forearms on the corner but Ambrose fights him. Ambrose goes to the top. Cesaro walks over for a distraction but Rollins also walks over. Sheamus climbs up with Ambrose and hits a rolling senton from the top for a close 2 count. Sheamus waits for a Brogue Kick but Ambrose avoids it. Sheamus blocks Dirty Deeds. Ambrose comes off the ropes and floors Sheamus.

Cesaro gets on the apron but Rollins runs over and pulls him off. The referee is distracted by Cesaro, allowing Rollins to springboard in with a knee to break up a White Noise attempt. Rollins immediately dives out and takes Cesaro down on the floor, leading to a Dirty Deeds from Ambrose to Sheamus for the pin.

Winner: Dean Ambrose

– After the match, the champs stand tall in the ring as we go to replays. The two teams taunt each other.

Opening Segment

After a video package recapping the drama between Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins over the past few weeks, the Lunatic Fringe made his way out to the ring and yelled at production to cut his music. He said the entire world wants to know what’s going on with Seth Rollins, and he’s wondering the same thing. The Kingslayer came out to confront his former partner and claimed that Ambrose has been the inconsistent one, blaming Kurt Angle for making them team up but continuing to come out week after week. Rollins said the two of them could run WWE if they teamed up again, and is willing to put the past in the past. He offered a fist bump but Ambrose refused and the two started screaming at each other about trust. Rollins gave up and said he was done playing games, but Dean stopped him and this time he offered the SHIELD fist bump. Seth blew him off and turned to leave but Ambrose stopped him and the two started brawling all over the ring and out to ringside.

Sheamus and Cesaro’s music hit and the tag team champions made their way out pick the pieces of the distracted Ambrose and Rollins. They dispatched of the Lunatic Fringe throwing him over the barricade and put the boots to Rollins in the corner, stomping a mudhole in him. Ambrose came flying out of nowhere and started throwing wild rights and lefts. The two worked together to clothesline the champions over the top rope, and the crowd came absolutely unglued. The fist bump was offered for a third and final time, and this time it’s accepted by both.

Kurt Angle came out to interrupted the celebration as Sheamus and Cesaro were retreating up the ramp. He announced that the champions will defend the Raw Tag Team titles against Rollins and Ambrose this Sunday at WWE SummerSlam!

As soon as the bell rings Rollins attacks Sheamus. Rollins sends Sheamus to the outside. Rollins tries to dive onto Sheamus but Sheamus catches him. Rollins escapes and splashes Sheamus off the apron. Rollins rolls Sheamus back into the ring. Springboard clothesline by Rollins. Sheamus dumps Rollins to the outside. Sheamus body slams Rollins on the ring apron. After a short break, Rollins lands a chin breaker. Sheamus responds with a running back elbow. Sheamus goes for the 2.5 beats of the Bohdren. Rolling senton by Sheamus. Sheamus calls for the Brogue Kick. Rollins ducks. Sheamus lands a high knee. Rollins floors Sheamus with an enziguri. Double boots from Sheamus. Sheamus flips up to the top rope. Rollins hops up top and tries to suplex Sheamus. Sheamus knocks Rollins off the top. Rollins pops back up and hurricanrana’s Sheamus off the top. Seated superkick! Sheamus kicks out! Rollins attempts a Pedigree. Sheamus back body drops Rolins but Rollins lands on his feet. Sling blade by Rollins. Rollins goes up top but Cesaro gets on the apron. Rollins knocks Cesaro off the apron. Sheamus rolls up Rollins for the win.

After the match, Rollins dives throw the ropes into Sheamus and Cesaro. The numbers game is too much as Cesaro and Sheamus beat Rollins down. Sheamus and Cesaro glare at the stage area, waiting for Dean Ambrose to show up but he never comes. Sheamus and Cesaro hit their finish on Rollins.

Dean Ambrose vs Cesaro w/Sheamus

Ambrose takes Cesaro down in a hammer lock. Cesaro gets to his feet and blasts Ambrose with a shoulder block. Ambrose is taken to the mat after a test of strength. Ambrose pops up and monkey flips Cesaro. Cesaro floors Ambrose with a European uppercut. Ambrose manages to hit a back elbow. Ambrose tries the corner ten punches but Cesaro drops Ambrose face first on the turnbuckle. Cesaro crushes Ambrose with a lariat. Ambrose dumps Cesaro over the top rope. Ambrose dives onto Cesaro. Sheamus distracts Ambrose long enough for Cesaro to hit a roaring European uppercut. After a short break, Ambrose tries to set up a superplex. Cesaro knocks Ambrose off the top. Ambrose pops up and climbs back up top. Cesaro stands on the ring post. Cesaro motions as if he is going to suplex Ambrose to the outside. Ambrose super plexes Cesaro into the ring. Ambrose hits the ropes but Cesaro catches him in midair and levels him with a back breaker. Canadian back breaker by Cesaro. Ambrose fights out of it.

Ambrose misses a corner splash. Cesaro gets a near fall after a wind up European uppercut. Deadlift gut wrench suplex by Cesaro for a near fall. Ambrose back body drops Cesaro out of the Neutralizer. Cesaro double legs Ambrose. Cesaro tries to lock in the sharpshooter but Ambrose fights him off. Ambrose sends Cesaro to the outside. Ambrose tries a suicide dive but Ceasro cuts him off with a European uppercut. Cesaro tries a super plex but Ambrose Gord busters Cesaro off the top. Sheamus distracts Ambrose, which allows Cesaro to lock in the sharpshooter. Ambrose gets to the ropes. Cesaro hits the ropes but Ambrose back body drops him to the outside. Ambrose dives off the top onto Cesaro. Ambrose rolls Cesaro back into the ring. Ambrose goes up top. Sheamus gets on the apron. Ambrose tries to knock Sheamus off the apron. Cesaro tries to roll up Ambrose the same way Sheamus did to Rollins earlier. Ambrose counters and rolls up Cesaro for the win!

After the match, Sheamus and Cesaro beat Ambrose down. Rollins hits the ring and makes the save. Ambrose gets to his feet and stares at Rollins. Ambrose thinks long and hard before sticking out his fist at Rollins. Rollins shakes his head and leaves the ring.

Backstage, Rollins is walking through the arena. Cesaro and Sheamus find him and make fun of the fact that Ambrose doesn’t trust him. Rollins challenges Sheamus and Cesaro to a fight. Sheamus accepts the challenge

Seth Rollins vs Sheamus w/Cesaro

Sheamus floors Rollins with a shoulder block. Rollins surprises Sheamus with a kick to the gut, then a dropkick to the head. Rollins chokes Sheamus on the ropes. Sheamus catches Rollins with an elbow to the eye. After a distraction by Cesaro, Sheamus elbows Rollins in the face. After the break, Sheamus destroys Rollins with a rolling senton off the top rope. Rollins kicks out. Rollins counters the ten beats of the Bodhran. Rollins goes for a springboard knee but Sheamus picks him out of midair and Irish curse back breakers Rollins. Sheamus misses an attack off the top rope. Rollins complete shots him into the turnbuckle. Sheamus decks Rollins. Rollins responds with an enziguri that sends Sheamus out of the ring. Shot of caffeine by Rollins. Rollins rolls Sheamus into the ring and sling blades him. Rollins knocks Cesaro off the apron. Sheamus attempts white noise but Rollins rolls up Sheamus for the win!

As soon the bell rings, Cesaro hits the ring and attacks Rollins. Sheamus and Cesaro lay out Rollins. Cesaro and Sheamus start to leave but they end up turning around and running back into the ring. As Sheamus and Cesaro continue their beat down of Rollins, Ambrose runs to the ring. Ambrose fights valiantly but eventually gets hit with Cesaro’s neutralizer. As Cesaro and Sheamus are about to leave Ambrose mouths off to them. Cesaro chokes Ambrose with his shirt. Cesaro tosses Ambrose into a Brogue kick by Sheamus.

Backstage, Angle tells Cesaro and Sheamus that they will defend tag titles against the Hardyz in a 30-minute iron man match at Great Balls of Fire. Cesaro says he wants to fight tonight. Angle tells him that Strowman is looking for a match. Cesaro says no, he wants Finn Bálor. Angle books the match.

Finn Bálor vs Cesaro w/Sheamus

Before the match starts, the Hardy Boyz come out for commentary. Bálor grabs a side headlock. Cesaro whips Bálor into the rope but Bálor dropkicks Cesaro in the knee. Bálor tries a leapfrog but Cesaro catches him in midair and hits a backbreaker. Cesaro and Bálor trade strikes but Cesaro floors Bálor with a clothesline.

Cesaro goes for a sunset flip but Bálor rolls through and dropkicks Cesaro in the face. Bálor lands multiple chops in each corner. Bálor stomps Cesaro out. Sheamus gets on the apron and distracts Bálor. Cesaro trips Bálor into the corner. Cesaro chops Bálor. Bálor spins Cesaro around and lands a chop of his own. Cesaro and Bálor trade chops and European uppercuts. Cesaro tosses Bálor to the outside ring area.

After the break, Cesaro deadlift gut wrench suplexes Bálor for a two count. Cesaro locks in a top wrist lock. Bálor fights to his feet. Bálor tries to splash Cesaro but Cesaro catches him and vertical suplexes Bálor down to the mat. Basement European uppercut by Cesaro. Cesaro calls for the Neutralizer but Bálor double legs Cesaro and hits a double foot stomp. Bálor fires up and Cesaro rolls to the outside. Baseball slide by Bálor. Bálor hits the PK on the apron. Bálor rolls Cesaro back into the ring. Slingblade by Bálor. Bálor calls the torpedo dropkick. Elias Samson walks down to the ramp. While Bálor is distracted Cesaro hits the Swiss Death Uppercut. Cesaro sits on the top rope but Bálor lands a leaping enziguri that sends Cesaro careening to the floor. Bálor tries to hit the rope but Samson trips him. The Hardy Boyz run to ringside and attack Samson and Sheamus. Bálor back body drops Cesaro to the outside. Bálor hits a topé con hilo onto everyone. Cesaro picks up Bálor and drops him onto the apron. Matt Hardy hits the Twist of Fate on Samson. Sheamus Brogue kicks Matt. Jeff Hardy dives onto Sheamus. Cesaro hits Jeff with a running European uppercut. Cesaro turns around and Bálor torpedo dropkicks him into the barricade! Bálor throws Cesaro back into the ring and hits the Coup De Grâce for the win!

In Ring Segment: Elias Samson, Cesaro, and Sheamus

Samson announces that he is normally a solo act but tonight because they are in LA, he expanded to a trio. Before Samson can start singing, the Hardy Boyz music plays him off.

Elias Samson, Cesaro, and Sheamus vs Finn Bálor and the Hardy Boyz

Matt and Sheamus lock up. Sheamus head butts Matt. Sheamus telegraphs a back body drop, which allows the Hardyz to get the advantage. The Hardyz hit poetry in motion on Sheamus. Cesaro runs into the ring and is quickly dispatched by the Hardyz. Bálor tries to attack Samson but Samson hightails it out of the ring. After the break, the Hardyz and Bálor are working over Cesaro. Cesaro attempts a sunset flip but Bálor rolls through and dropkicks Cesaro in the face. Cesaro tags in Sheamus. Sheamus hits about 5 of the ten beats of the Bohdan. The crowd starts to count along so Sheamus stops. The heels beat down Bálor. Bálor manages to tag in Jeff. Jeff double legs Sheamus and dropkicks him blow the belt (sorta). Jeff goes for the swanton but Cesaro pulls Sheamus out of the ring. Jeff dives off the top onto Cesaro. As Jeff tries to get back in the ring, Samson hooks his leg. Sheamus destroys Jeff with a running knee to the face.

After another short break, Sheamus has Jeff in a top wrist lock. Sheamus destroys Jeff (once again) with an Irish Curse backbreaker. Jeff surprises Sheamus with the Stone Cold Stunner… err I mean the twist of fate. Jeff manages to tag in Matt. Samson is in for the heels. Matt slams Samson’s head into every turnbuckle before hitting a running bulldog and side effect. Cesaro hits the ring and tosses Matt shoulder first into the corner. Cesaro and Sheamus hit their finish on Matt. Bálor makes the save. Bálor penalty kicks Samson on the apron. Sheamus misses the Brogue kick and Bálor clotheslines him over the top rope. Bálor hits a topé con hilo onto Cesaro and Samson. Hardy hits the twist of fate on the floor to Sheamus. Bálor sling blades Cesaro, then torpedo dropkicks him into the corner. Bálor nails the Coup De Grâce on Cesaro for the victory!

Crews dropkicks Cesaro. Cesaro hits a European uppercut before tagging in Sheamus. Sheamus picks up Crews and lands a rolling senton. Sheamus locks in a headlock. Sheamus throws Crews into the corner. Cesaro and Sheamus stomp Crews in the corner. Crews tags in Titus. Titus cleans house. Crews tags in and hits a standing moonsault on Sheamus. Crews rolls up Sheamus. Sheamus kicks out and Crews ends up on the second rope. Cesaro European uppercuts him from the outside of the ring. Cesaro and Sheamus hit their finisher for the win.
